W7094 Primer PU-Activator

Specially formulated primer designed to enhance the adhesion of automotive windshield PU adhesives. Ensures reliable bonding performance and long-lasting sealing, even under demanding environmental conditions. Ideal for professional windshield installation and replacement.

Application

Before application, test the compatibility of the primer with the bonding surfaces. Thoroughly remove oil, dust, moisture and other contaminants. Pour a small amount of primer into a disposable container and immediately close the original bottle. Using a suitable brush or cotton applicator, apply a thin, uniform layer in one direction, avoiding repeated brushing or excessive application. Allow approximately 2 minutes for the primer to dry before applying W-7093 Windshield PU-Adhesive.

Note: Avoid runs or pooling during application. Keep the bottle tightly closed after use to prevent deterioration of the product.
